The name Diatheke makes covenant more than one topic among many, so the library needs a clear account of what covenant theology actually claims. This essay is a useful orientation: it connects biblical covenants with the theological covenants of redemption, works, and grace, then traces their implications across doctrine and life.

Treat it as an introduction from within the tradition, not as the end of the dispute. The next shelf should place it beside primary biblical texts, confessional statements, and serious alternatives such as progressive covenantalism and dispensationalism. A tradition is understood more honestly when its internal logic and its live objections are both visible.
